First Opium War (1 ene 1839 año – 1 ene 1842 año)

Descripción:

China attempted to put an end to the opium trade because British was illegally exporting opium from India to China. The drugs got so many people addicted that they caused serious social and economic disruption in China. The British won they war by taking out China's ship defense and taking Hong Kong.
