The Council of Yueroki [Non-aligned] (24 nov 1966 año – 31 dic 1970 año)

After the dissolution of the First Council of Yueroki (the fascist alliance), the power gap left by the GFC's collapse left the coninent politically divided and weary of more large scale wars. The idea of creating an international trading union was proposed by Pastoba after the end of the 4th Hells War but it was never initiated. Instead, years later, the fascist powers took the name for their alliance as the Council of Yueroki. This alliance helped boost their militarism around Yueroki and promote their ideology as well. However, the alliance collapsed in 1965 after the fall of the GFC. The name, Council of Yueroki, was left wihtout a form for the next year until the now anti-fascist Oipienta estalbished the new Council of of Yueroki with Velzenia, Wargtof, Sadon, and Nuomdeim for mainly trade but to also end the constant Age of Conflict present on the continent. The new council grew more and more as the threat of the newly created Fascist Bloc became more apparant. Officially, the council is non-aligned but it supports an anti-fascist sentiment especially since the haddakuist nations joined the council.
The council determines what nation in Yueroki is recognized as an actual functioning state and all members of the council must recognized the being of a said state in order to allow it to achieve full statehood and participation in the counci. A partially recognized state or disputed nation is only recognized by usually around more than half of the member states.
Member states can be kicked out of the council for attacking another member state and has occurred a number of times in the new council's existance.
