Kosovo war (28 feb 1998 año – 11 jun 1999 año)

Descripción:

The Kosovo war was a civil war between Serbs and Albanian Muslims. THe president of Yugoslavia wanted Kosovo to stay with the greater Serbia but many in Kosovo wanted to become independent from them. Becasue of this the Yugoslavain president sent troops to kosovo to control the area and that is how the war broke out. This war created devistantion and many refugees. The UN and NATO eventually stopped the war and allowed for the refugees to return to the state.
