Descripción:

Russia (now under a reformed socialist technocracy) was the most significant nation to survive the nuclear war, and it gathered some allies around the world and attempted to seek world domination. A coalition of rebel groups, minor wasteland states and governments from the global south managed to push them back, albeit at a great cost. The war saw large-scale use of hacking and autonomous warfare.
