Descripción:

Rebirth of the modern world. Started in Italy and moved through the rest of Europe. Promoted humanist and secularist ideals. Brought back the classics from Greece and Rome, there texts, art, and based education off of it. Introduced humanism which was focused on the individual. Also secularism which was separation from the church. The Catholic Church was losing credibility because of things like having multiple popes who were also corrupt and their inability to help during the plague.
