Nuomdeim desired to have a port to make obtaining trade and resources easier. They convinced Ravos to aid them in exchange for some of the northern towns of the Letan region.

As Mecerek was struggling with the Itian Revoltuion, they could not necessarily focus on the war with Nuomdeim.

Nuomdeim and Ravos annex the Letan Region.
