October Revolution (1 oct 1917 año – 31 oct 1917 año)

Descripción:

October 10 lenin returned and held a bolshevik meeting. only half of them came but he held a vote anyways and agreed for an armed revolution

October 24- Bolsheviks took over key places around petrograd, surrounded the winter palace
but kerensky escaped

October 25- Congress of soveits met and the menshiviks and socialist revolutionaries walked out essentially nullifiying their votes allowing the bolsheviks to take control.

Officially declared that bolsheviks had taken control

Lenin was the highest leader and trotsky was the peoples commisar of foreign affairs
