Women's suffrage (1 ene 1900 año – 26 agos 1920 año)
Descripción:
The Women's Suffrage movement has its roots in the 1800s, but gained traction and legal attention in the 20th Century. After the National American Woman Suffrage Association (NAWSA), led by Elizabeth Cady Stanton, was formed in 1890, the movement began to gain social and political support— notably, the endorsement of Theodore Roosevelt in 1912. On August 26, 1920, the Nineteenth Amendment was ratified and American Women won full voting rights.
