The 5th Hells War, also called the Great War, was shorter than the 4th Hells War but extremely more destructive with massive amounts of destroyed infastructure, civilian and military deaths, and economic downturn. The war also led to the destabilization of Oipienta and its influence dwindled which allowed the Greater Fevak Commonwealth to become the main influence in Yueroki.

In a joint military alliance formed in the mid 1940s, the Greater Fevak Commonwealth and the Saurian Union invaded Síẋahak, looking to split the nation in half. They wanted to establish a Fascist Norxhiman Republic and a Haddakuist Dehirian Republic. However, Oipienta, allied to Síẋahak, joined the war on their behalf and invaded the GFC. Although, once Síẋahak capitulated, the GFC turned its focus on Oipienta and pushed them out of Fevak territory and then drove deep into Oipienta, only stopping once they reached Kueplios. The Kingdom of Nuomdeim was also allied to the GFC and once Oipienta invaded Fevakia, Nuomdeim joined the war and invaded Oipienta. Similar to Nuomdeim, Grossya was allied to the GFC but instead of invading Oipienta, the Southern Oipientian troops (Velzen troops) invaded Grossya. They eventually were pushed back out when the Velzen troops were desperately needed in the north. Although Nuomdeim had troops in Oipienta, they only sought the annexation of the Peredeim Territory, taken from them during the Peret War. Nuomdeim's main focus was in the Turroviq Union, who was allied with Oipienta. Nuom troops quickly invaded Turroviq who did not expect the mountain nation to attack. They held key cities in the nation until the end of the war. They overthrew the current Turroviq government in favor of a fascist aligned one, forming the Republic of Turroviq. Mecerek also invaded northern Turroviq as they were allied with Nuomdeim. Iti, allied with Oipienta, attacked the Mecerek Empire as Oipienta's Foghinia provinces were being attacked by the empire. However, Mecerek quickly overpowered Iti and by 1950 held a sizable chunk of the nation but only a little portion of Floghinia. Allied to the UHSR, Mokirva invaded Harlima (an Oipientian-dependent nation) and also launched a naval invasion on Oipienta in its Jevosak Territory near Jevov Dopo much later into the war.

After the Raderran Revolution, Duyav Raderrah became allied with the UHSR and joined the war, invading Síẋahak in hopes of gaining vital arable land. Ecrad, also a haddakuist ally and nation, helped invade Etrill alongside with the UHSR after they had conquered their portion of Síẋahak.

Despite the multi-front war for Oipienta, the republic held together extremely well for sometime. Once Fevak troops were deep into Oipienta and were almost through the Riwek State, the situation turned for the worse and Oipienta almost capitulated. They held out for a couple more years until the Battle of Kueplios forced a surrender.

The Treaty of Arkek was signed which stated:
-The Republic of Oipienta invaded the Greater Fevak Commonwealth, the Republic of Grossya, attacked the Kingdom of Nuomdeim, the Mecerek Empire, and supplied arms to the United Kingdom of Síẋahak, the Republic of Harlima against the Greater Fevak Commonwealth, the Union of Haddakuist Republics, the People's republic of Duyav Raderrah. Thus making Oipienta the aggressor of the war.
-The Republic of Oipienta will pay reparations in the amount of $100,000,000,000 OID to the Greater Fevak Commonwealth, Kingdom of Nuomdeim, Republic of Grossya, and the UHSR.
-The Oipientian Myosa and Kembiñk States will be annexed by the GFC
-The United Kingdom of Síẋahak will be split according to the Treaty of Dehir.
-The Republic of Harlima will be puppeted by the Mokirvan Haddakuist Socialist Republic
-The Republic of Oipienta will be puppeted by the GFC
-The Turroviq Union will be split into the Republic of Turroviq (Southern Turroviq) and the Union of Turroviq Haddakuist Socialist Republics (Northern Turroviq)
-The United Kingdom of Iti will be split among the states of Syurak, Oslovia, the Iatral, and Mecerek
-The Oipientian Flogle territories will be annexed by the Empire of Mecerek
-The Etrillian Haddakuist Socialist Republic will be established and puppeted by the UHSR
-The People's Republic of Ireta will be established and puppeted by Mokirva
-The Republics of New Utikia and Serpenta will be granted independence.
The See of Alondan will be annexed by Grossya, alongside the Oipientian Slum Ubas (District), the Pimesum Territory, and the Alhek State
-The Peredeim Territory will be annexed by the Kingdom of Nuomdeim
-The Kingdom of Daerẋaňev will be granted all Oipientian holdings in Bouria with the exception of Ysevpenta
-The Kingdom of Naita will be granted control over the Oipientian Cokruia Council.
-The Oipientian Flaken Council, Diracèrĩ Trading Company, and the Suvyo District will be annexed by the UHSR
