Oipienta claimed that the Kisan Haddakuist Socialist State was rightfully Sadonian territory and that the Saurian Union was commiting atrocities on the islands.

The K.H.S.S. is granted independence from the Saurian Union.
The Kisan Protectorate is puppeted by Sadon.

After news got out of that the Saurian Union was intentionally starving and killing the native Kisan people in the K.H.S.S., people around Yueroki began to protest against the genocide. Mass appeal in Oipienta regarding the genocide prompted Ṡĩvgalè Pilub Alňõ of Oipienta to declare war against the Saurian Union so that he could raise his ratings by the Oipientian people. The war was short lived and only included the Invasion of the Kisan Islands and the Seiges of Kamivek, Pogase, and Otesal.
