- Found in the banks of Lake Texcoco in the Valley of (Central) Mexico
- Material is from the sacrum of a now-extinct American relative of the camel
- Depicts the skull of the camelid from which the bone is derived, with the bone being carved into the shape of a head and had holes carved to depict the eyesockets and nose holes.
- Made to honor the animal killed
