Woodrow Wilson pushed for an opening of international relations at the Peace conference in Paris. He wanted to set up the League of Nations.Wilson published 14 points about his ideas. Although this eventually happened, due to opposition in the senate the U.S never joined. Overall, the final agreement did not reflect his vision
