This was a response to English being bad people. They did things such as disrupting them due to their expansion practices, raising prices for the natives, and ceased paying rent. The details aren't really necessary, just know that they did rebel. This resulted in a murder from the Paxton Boys against the Susquehanook tribe, and the proclamation of 1763.
