Russian Plague (1 ene 1770 año – 1 ene 1772 año)

Descripción:

The plague was contracted through prisoners of war and booty. When this began they force quarantined people and destruction of contaminated property without compensation or control, closing of public baths. In the end it killed around 1/6 to 1/3 of Moscow's population. That's around 100 thousand people. People finally started to riot because they wanted the people to be free and because of this around 300 people were brought to trail. Finally they took measures against the plague and started to resume life.
