Descripción:

WWI leads to breakout of the Spanish Flu. As the war came to an end, soldiers came back home from all over, spreading the disease. Modern transportation exacerbated the effect. Lots of people died, actually more from disease than from the war itself. Despite this, end of the war creates a sense of optimism in the US.
