WWI was a global war, that originated in Europe. It is considered to be one of the most deadly conflicts in the entire world and paved the way for large political movements. It considered of two apposing alliances: the Allies versus the central power of Germany and Austria-Hungary. The trigger of the war was the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria.
