Descripción:

A mission to study the soil in the polar region of Mars. The Polar Lander was accompanied by two space probes, Deep Space 2, ready to test new technologies and understand more about the Martian soil in the southern pole. However, this couldn't be carried out due to miscalculations in the landing.
