Mars Colonization declines as the wave of General Fear increase due to a second asteroid strike on Mars. Theories arise saying that Mars asset to have 5 more asteroid strikes in the next 60 years. Even so NASA continues to build colonies only 500 miles away from predicted asteroid strike as well as rebuilding destroyed colonies. Estate prices drop which lead of major buying of prime Mars estate overlooking Atmosphere Canyon and Carbon Ocean Coast. As a possible solution to future asteroid strikes, Mars Satellite villages are built that have the ability to move in the event of asteroid strikes.
