During this long period of time, Germany aimed to get rid of Jews from the economic sphere. They imposed laws to get rid of Jewish doctors, military officers, business owners, and other important economic roles. During this period, Germany effectively reduced the amount of these Jewish-owned businesses by approx. two-thirds.
