The New Conclave has spent 10 years preparing Niagrim (Furmae, Beta) to hold hundreds of millions of citizens that will voluntarily come from Chatoge (Alpha). Massive cities are ready to be filled, and so every 6 months, a massive armada of spaceships will transport millions of people at a time to the new planet.
