Born on November 2nd, 1755, and died on October 16th, 1793. She was a Habsburg and was the daughter of Maria Theresa, the Empress of Austria. She was the last queen of France before the French Revolution. She had been wildly unpopular for her extravagant lifestyle even as France was undergoing very hard times. She was executed by the Guillotine during the Reign of Terror for the act of treason. She is often remembered for the phrase "Let them eat cake" but there is no evidence she ever said it.
