The House of Tudor was an English royal dynasty of Welsh origin descended from the Tudors of Penmynydd, which gave five sovereigns to England, Henry VII, his son, Henry VIII, and Henry VIII’s three children, Edward VI, Mary I, and Elizabeth I.
