Bartolomeu Dias (1 ene 1450 año – 1 ene 1500 año)

Descripción:

Bartolomeu Dias was the first European explorer to find a route around the cape of good hope in Africa. This had previously not been done and because of this getting items from the Indian Ocean to Europe was difficult. Once this route was found though, trade was able to flourish between these two areas.
