Added basic sounds.
Sounds include regular footstep as well as
footsteps on glass and a footstep sound for
both cloth and grass.
Footstep sound occurs when breaking blocks
Added piano music by C418.
Includes calm2/calm4.
Replaced the FPS meter with a frame-rate limiter.
FPS is now limited to 200.
Brightened the texture of lava.
Bugs
