Descripción:

It was a new rush of inventions and resources. All of the major powers saw new things as power because it obviously brought in commerce. The western powers were taking over and took over a lot of Africa. A lot of land was colonized so that the world powers through this time could become more powerful. In the end meaning today a lot of those advancements did not make a difference and people have there own land.
