This was a time period where many areas around the world received independence from European governments. Some was peaceful but there were many Civil Wars and dictatorships that happened after European countries stepped out. Things got a little better after the United Nations was developed and tried to help the countries. All the new nations that started popping up changed the world and the way each country acted.
