Kela arrives at Agros. Wilmer presents her with the severed heads of Kiro and Romash, a very pleasing sight. In return, she does as she promised: Endorses Wilmer to the Twin Queens, bringing him out of exile.

As a gesture of good faith, Kela has a Scorch unit sent out to exterminate the Infested just outside Agros' boundary.

Kela backs out on one of the terms that she and Wilmer agreed on, which is to help Wilmer repopulate Agros should he ever encounter mass casualties due to an attack.

Without Nightwatch and their sensitive documents nearby, Wilmer no longer has a plan to backstab Kela.

Varessa uses a Puncture-based round to critically injure Maku.

Maku reveals that she "abandoned the Lotus' code" and is after Nef Anyo because, for whatever reason, he's trying to murder her and her anonymous sister.

Wilmer rallies the troops while Varessa makes sure Maku doesn't die by putting her under the care of Jer'Mhai.

Because Wilmer isn't at his terminal right now, Sutekh can only transmit to Varessa, whom he enlightens about Horus and Osiris, the state of the Solar Rails, as well as a meeting that Wilmer is supposed to be attending soon.

Wilmer brands his PMC as the "Coalition," and Agros, which was once a civilian colony that used to quarter Syndicate (specifically Steel Meridian) Initiates, begins to take the form of a forward operating base.

Arcus reveals his fear of curious machines, and also notices that Yi'Tik Glivun is carrying around a Nami Prime, which he presumes to be a gift from a Tenno friend.

Maku's eye is healed with the help of a Large Health Restore, and Wilmer recruits her, promising that they can get her closer to Nef Anyo like she's been wanting.

Maku criticizes the Coalition's hand-to-hand combat training, forcing Varessa's hand. Varessa will personally train Klos Yoka'an and Rho Deri, who will forward her teachings to their students. If they're capable of killing Tenno by the end of the week, their new training regimen will be considered a success.

Varessa finds Maku at fault for the the significantly more taxing training, which stokes the flames of Agros' hatred towards her, thus cementing a rivalry between them (whereas Maku's interrogation simply sparked one).

Jer'Mhai enters Wilmer's office and reveals his identity as an agent of the Nightwatch Corps, which is not his real identity.
