Descripción:

The La Amistad Case is when a U.S. brig cam across a spanish ship with Africans that wre captured and sold as slaves in cuba illegally. The Africans then revolted at sea and won controll however, U.S. authorities took control of the ship and put the Africans in jail. This became a legal and diplomatic drame and raised wuestions of the foundations of the nations government and slavery a forefront of Americas politics.
