1988年　花蓮酒廠遷入美崙工業區約25公頃新廠
並結束舊廠業務，終止舊酒廠60餘年製酒歷史
1999年　臺灣省菸酒公賣局改隸中央目的事業主管機關財政部繼續執行菸酒行政管理業務及菸酒產銷業務
2001年　花蓮縣政府通過都市計畫，將舊酒廠變更為「歷史風貌公園用地」
