The Industrial Revolution was a transition period to new and improved manufacturing processes. This period of time marks a major turning point in history. Nearly every aspect of daily life was changed in one way or another. The manufacturing of goods moved from small locally owned shops to the massive factories that are seen today. This brought upon different economic and social changes.
