John Wellemeyer was the second Dean of the white branch of KCK Junior College from 1924-1953. He was also Principal of Wyandotte High School for 22 of those years. His M.A. was from the University of Chicago. Wellemeyer presided over the separation of the college from the high school extension system in 1935, and in 1946 resigned as Principal of Wyandotte High School to become the full-time Dean of KCKJC.Añadido al timeline:
