He was a English philosopher who created the Scientific method which relied less on trial and error, but more on rhetorical and theoretical elements to form a claim and/or theory. He also created a way categorized library's into sections and into smaller subsections. Also created inductive reasoning which was predicting the future based on past events and repetition.
