Notes:
Considering it is an Oktoberfest 2016 kick-off day and that we already have 50 people confirmed at Noon, we'll need to know approximate numbers so that we can manage the line. Trevor will call us at 1pm or earlier to give us an idea of how many people are coming.

In case we reach capacity prior to Trevor's group arrival we will need to usher attendees to the Loft and serve them there.
