MAR 1: Choose a location

MAR 4: Email your local council and the police to begin the process for approvals
APR 15: Choose an event starting and ending time
MAR 7: Begin to research and contact local community groups
MAR 25: Start writing your Council Risk Assessment
APR 1: Let your school know
MAY 14: Have power turned on for your location
MAR 8: Begin contacting your local indigenous organisation for a Welcome to Country
MAY 5: Compile a runsheet
MAY 1: Confirm with speakers, performers, and marshals
MAY 10: Begin purchasing water, sunscreen etc. for the event.
MAR 19: Begin organising equipment and first aid, preferably from local orgs and council, or by renting it
APR 23: Decide police liaison and photographer
