Playing outside in the woods with my neighbors.
Kindergarten field trip to the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.
Catching frogs and tadpoles in my backyard creek.
Preschool field trip to the Cleveland Natural History Museum, learning about Dinosaurs.
Observing caterpillars and watching them go through the phases of metamorphosis, released the monarchs outside.
Hale Farm field trip
3rd Grade Science Invention Fair: I created a gutter water collecter
Studied the solar system and created a class rocket to use outside.
Created personal terrariums/aquariums out of 2 liter bottles.
Started studying Geology and Meterology in 6th grade.
First time dissecting organisms and studying cells.
Studied phases of energy and chemical reactions.
Freshman year of high school, Advanced General Science class. Studied Laws and theories, experimented with motion, energy and concepts of physics.
Sophomore year of high school, Biology. Studied living things through use of microscopes, dissecting many different organisms (worms, clams, frogs, and more).
Junior year of high school, Chemistry. Learned the periodic table, did a lot of chemical reaction based experiments and studied the history of chemistry.
Senior year of high school, Physics. Did many hands on experiments and learned a ton of information about scientists and theorists throughout history. Ended the year with a physics based field trip to Cedar Point.
First year of College and Tri-C, Chemistry class. Struggled to learn and was challenged but ended up succeeding, enjoyed the many labs.
Third year of college, at KSU. Conducted preschool science provocation through the use of Pendulums.
