(Also called the Revolution of 1800 because no

-He ended up keeping the BUS
-He kept the debt plan

-He pardoned the prisoners from the Sedition Acts
-Neutralization Law of 1802 reduced the requirement of 14 years of residence back to 5
-He abolished the excise tax
