Previously, people would either work individually on their projects or collaborate with others on a case by case basis. To encourage more collaboration, it was agreed to hold monthly meetings for everyone involved in research and campaigns.

These meetings allowed the team to better update each other on individual research projects or campaigns, solve issues blocking progress, and plan or strategise new research projects or campaigns.
