To raise the profile of Citizens Advice Newcastle (CAN) and recruit volunteers, CAN invited City Life, the Newcastle City Council magazine, to visit the Newcastle office.

During the visit, the magazine observed how the Newcastle service is delivered to clients and explored the day-to-day experiences of its volunteers. Four volunteers with a range of experiences were interviewed, providing insights into their work and the operations of CAN.
