Two years ago, Citizens Advice Newcastle (CAN) received funding from the Northern Rock Foundation to establish a disability rights project at the Kirkwood Centre in Kenton, this expired in December 2002. The project, which mainly concentrates on disability rights, has been highly successful. However, CAN couldn't secure ongoing funding.Añadido al timeline:
