Citizens Advice Newcastle continues to advise around 700 clients a month, with benefit problems dominating, followed closely by consumer and debt issues. There has been an increase in people from ethnic minorities making frequent use of Citizens Advice Newcastle's services, including Croatian and Kosovan refugees and asylum seekers, and more recently, Polish refugees.
