The General Assembly

Acknowledging that the Palestine Arab refugee issue stems from the denial of their rights under the UN Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and concerned about reported acts of repression:

Reaffirms the inalienable rights of the people of Palestine;

Highlights the severe situation caused by Israeli policies in occupied territories and Israel's non-compliance with previous resolutions;

Requests the Security Council to take effective measures to ensure the implementation of these resolutions.
