To help with the recruitment of more volunteers, Citizens Advice Newcastle has decided to open an advice course to the public. It is designed to be a 6-week-long taster for those interested in undertaking full training in advice work. The tutors are all Citizens Advice Newcastle staff, and it has attracted considerable numbers, many of whom advance to the full training course.
