Having failed to act to prevent war in Burundi, T'Challa orders Wakandan troops into Rwanda to prevent a genocide of the minority Tutsi. Buoyed by the Wakandan efforts, the UN sends additional peace keepers into the country. The display of force surprises the international community, but establishes Wakanda as a major force for peace in Africa.
