Puerto Rico and DC are admitted to the Union as full states. All living Presidents are invited to the White House along with existing state governors and leaders from both new states to celebrate.

The 23rd Amendment is repealed in favour of the declaration of statehood.

The election of senators and house representatives in these new states brings the Congressional totals to:

Republicans: 54

Republicans: 224
