In 2016, the charity moved premises to the City Library from Nelson Street, to cut costs and improve client access to services.

Citizens Advice Newcastle can now can see up to 60 clients a day which is an 100% improvement from before.

Currently, the main office is open to the public for face-to-face advice five days a week, 10.00 am - 3.00 pm and 3.00 pm – 6.00 pm on Thursday's.
