Citizens Advice Newcastle has successfully extended its outreach services through a partnership with Action for Children. With funding from Action for Children, an adviser has been attending the Benwell office for several years. Due to the success of this initiative, Action for Children requested to replicate the partnership at their centres in Newbiggin Hall (Galafield) and North Kenton (The Haven). Outreach sessions began in Galafield in July and in The Haven in September.
