Nearly a year ago, Citizens Advice Newcastle was extremely short of volunteers and had to rely on several paid staff along with the more longstanding volunteers to maintain a daily service to the public. It was a very demanding and hectic time. However, the rota is now more healthy after significant volunteer recruitment.Añadido al timeline:
