Branding changed from Citizens Advice Bureaux Newcastle to Citizens Advice Newcastle.

National Citizens Advice carried out an analysis of the service and brand and found that Citizens Advice Bureaus were perceived as part of the government, formal and outdated with little consideration from the public to support us.

So National Citizens Advice decided to drop the 'Bureau' to distance itself from this perception.
