so the settled on the mandate system which essentially was like ok u guys can help the German states and ottoman states but once they are able to rule themselves, step back (but this is France and Britain we r talking abt ofc they didn't step back).

-Also said that Germany couldn't militarize, and forced them to pay reperations.
Put the entire war guilt on Germany.
