Have you heard about the 21 day theory?
It has been proven that if a person does or does not do a certain action for 21 days, it becomes a habit.

Therefore, if you try to limit yourself to junk food/alcohol/sweets/smoking for just 21 days, your body will no longer feel the urgent need and you can gradually get rid of this “addiction”.
This method has been tested by me (this is how I stopped loving sweets). And also my friends and acquaintances who began to exercise regularly or got rid of other bad habits.
I would like to suggest testing this theory together on my own experience.
